This heat wave

I am already tired of summer and it's not August quite yet. I moved here to Iowa in 2002 and can't remember having such a long streak of hot and humid weather like this. I know they say it's not the record for here, but just being here for 9 years, when we had hot days before they didn't last for real long stretches of time. Of course when winter comes we may complain about too cold, lol. But seems I can't take the humidity as much now as when I was younger.  I miss the days of temps in the 70's and lower humidity :)
